HI,

I'm a recent Intelledgence subscriber and today (6/11) I noticed what appears to be an "abnormal" (to me) amount of sell signals. Whilst not knowing exactly how Intell figures out it's signals, what concerns me is that the "signal price" in some cases appears to be no where near the current price of the stock.

eg WHS sig price 0.005, current price $3.31
GFF sig price 0.001 current price $1.67
CCL sig price 0.01 , current price $8.30

Are these signals correct or is there some sort of problem ?
Some of these stocks are recovering from their recent lows, so it's a bit strange they are getting stopped out now, I would have expected a sell signal previous to this point if anything

regards
Ivan

Hi Ivan

I'm not trading Intelledgence, but as this seems to be very odd values I wouldnt sell before getting confirmation from sharefinder.

I would expect Mark will post a reply soon, if not just give him a call and get an answer before you trade any of these.

Regards

There was an internal data issue that has now been resolved. There were no signals for the 05/11/08 after correcting the data issue.

If you have already downloaded data for the 05/11/08 open the IntellEdgence software and then click Options --> Download Data to download the correct data for the 05/11/08.

Thanks guys,

does this happen often ?  Do I need to look more carefully at the signal value in the future and make sure it's within a certain % so I can be more certain of it's validity ?

I'm not handy to my PC now, but I think there were some sells in which the signal did appear to be of a plausible value, in which case even if one were to keep a close eye on the signal value they would have ended up selling the stock in error

Any suggestions to assist with error such as this?

Also, I noticed I didn't get the daily email with the alerts, so could this be a confirmation ?
ie no email, then ignore the alerts from Intell ?

regards
Ivan
