'Alert' email problem

Are any other subscribers to IntellEdgence not receiving emails to notify then of 'Alerts'?

Sometime I receive them, sometimes I don't. I have made several requests to have this problem fixed, but to date the issue has not been resolved.

As I am often away without access to a computer to check for alerts on the website, it is essential that I receive these emails when the alert has been issued.
