My Intellledgence program is not downloading 18 Sept data. It has been saying from Fri evening until today that the data will be ready in 15 or 30 minutes time. Anyone else having this problem?

Hi Jim,

Yes, mine reports the same issue.  I only installed it late last week so am waiting to call support on Monday.

I have had my program for a number of years now; so not sure what is going on.
Any others with the same problem?
