Hi all,

One thing that I haven't seen any info on in relation to the new Software is whether the Osprey signals will be retained within GPS.  While I no longer use Osprey for long trades I have still been using it for short trade opportunities.

Can you please let me know whether this functionality will still be available in GPS?

The other thing that I would love to know (if it is included) is whether the parameters can be modified by the user (in Market Master the parameters are locked).

Thanks
James.

James,

The Osprey signals will not be included in GPS.

The SIROC parameters most definitely are not locked and can be modified in the same way that they can be modified in Market Master.

The initial release of SPA3 TradeMaster will not be able to Import a SPA3 Scan of the All Trades for the entire market. However, for those that really want to get into research from day 1 the previous version of SPA3 TradeMaster can be used, with a couple of manual edits to the CSV file.

Ian,

We haven't marketed Osprey for over 2 years now for a whole lot of reasons but that does not mean that it is the end of it. It is not high on the priority list at the moment but a short term leveraged trading system that trades in both directions is definitely a strategy that we want to have on the list of our methodologies.
