INE
« on: 09/07/2010, 01:35:06 PM »

HI everyone,

I bought INE yesterday morning at 64c, today they are 6.4c !!!
90% down in less than 24 hours because apparently shareholders voted yesterday to wind up the company.

Anyone else in the same boat ?  Can anyone make a wild guess as to if I've lost nearly 100% of the position or should I expect to get a cheque at some stage for something ?

I guess it would be too much to expect a trading halt prior to "share price sensitive" issues such as this..... mad

regards

Apparently there is a 90% capital return planned which at this stage is estimated at about 64c per share. Funds are expected to be returned to shareholders by 31 August.

thanks for the Reply  Dietmar,

and since I bought the shares only a matter of hours prior to the announcement, I really hope those share registries work to the minute as far as figuring out who had shares at the time.....

I was lucky enough to have a sharebroker (E-Trade) who rang to say they were pulling all the Buy orders and was I okay with that? - thank you, I was! Saved me heaps!
