SIRI entry 10/04/17 followed by MFE exit next day
« on: 11/04/2017, 08:36:10 AM »
HI SWS,

after last Fridays close I  got an entry for SIRI on the XNAS to be executed yesterday 10/04 . Now today there is a MFE just a day later , something seems amiss there ?

regards
Ivan

Being a mechanical system this can happen. Although it would be rare.

I confirm that there is no logic issue.

HI Gary,

yeah I understand nothing can be 100% accurate , but when you say there is no logic issue , how can a MFE time stop occur the day after entry ?  By definition I would say that's not possible ?

regards
Ivan

Ivan,

In this instance SIRI was already an open trade from the WONS4+DB that occurred in February. So the logic is looking for an exit for that entry.
