NASDAQ Data Issue

Hi Everyone,

Please be aware at the moment we are experiencing a high level data issue, affecting users only with active USA data & SPA3NASDAQ, which is causing consistent errors when using Beyond Charts.

We are working urgently to rectify the situation.

Hi Everyone,

Our data provider has resolved their issue, it was based around USA sector index data.

For all affected, please open the Beyond Charts Data Downloader and Check for Updates in the bottom right corner.

In case you are not familiar, your Data Downloader when open is accessible only via the icon in the bottom right corner of your screen, near your Date & Time and internet connection icons. It looks like two Orange semi circles over a gray antenna and usually, it is tucked away in Hidden Icons which is the white triangle.

Otherwise if the icon is not there, open the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\BeyondCharts\DataUpdater1 and then you can open the Beyond Charts Data Downloader from there.

Once the short update has completed, please re-open then close followed by another re-open of Beyond Charts to apply the market data fix.
